An optional quota feature allows you to stop the notification when you reach all the people you need. You may have, for example, 100 available people on your list but only need 15 to respond to this event. Once 15 people have indicated that they are responding, Alertcast will stop attempting to notify the others on the list.
The quota system allows you to get the right number of responders in the minimum amount of time with minimum hassle.
